The journey to both research insights and final design can vary significantly by initiative, but the process remains the same based on the objective.  At their core are research activities and iterations along the way, starting with discovery research, plotting and navigating customer journeys, exploring, validating and evaluating final concepts.

Collaborating and sharing knowledge is fundamental to my work philosophy, and I enjoy every step of the process.  

There is always something to learn, no matter how small. When it comes to the most meaningful research, it's like one of my favorite colleages says, "If we're not observing and listening, we're not learning."
